From leadership to product support, our team brings decades of real-world experience, a commitment to quality, and a passion for helping customers succeed — in the field and beyond.
Leadership
Cherie, owner of Spiradrill since 1994, has been instrumental in the company’s growth and its strong culture of community service. She leads Spiradrill’s outreach efforts, supports numerous local organizations, and serves on the board of the Children’s Advocacy Center and mission counsel for Feed the Need Missions of Bastrop.
Drew Granzow plays a key role on the Spiradrill team, supporting customers with practical solutions and a strong focus on service. Drawing on years of product and industry knowledge, Drew helps ensure every client interaction reflects Spiradrill's commitment to quality and reliability.

Matt joined Spiradrill in 2008 and now serves as Director of Manufacturing, working closely with customers, engineers, and field technicians to diagnose problems and resolve field issues. With a background in machining, training, and parts management, Matt brings hands-on expertise and a deep commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction. He and his wife, Tiffany, have three daughters.

Ward joined Spiradrill in 2020, bringing 10 years of experience as a driller and mechanic. His hands-on background means customers who come to Spiradrill with problems and technical issues get what they need. In his spare time, he and his wife Thomi enjoy building and riding motorcycles.

Frank joined Spiradrill in 2019 with over 30 years of experience in automotive, diesel, and heavy equipment repair. He supports customers in the field with diagnostics and troubleshooting. Outside of work, Frank enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his wife, Micah, and their two children.

Cherie is owner of Spiradrill and a dedicated advocate for community service and education. As a board member, she brings decades of leadership and a deep commitment to giving back. She plays a key role in Spiradrill’s local outreach, supporting organizations throughout Bastrop and Smithville.
Rick is an experienced senior financial and operational executive with a strong track record of driving growth and profitability. He has held CFO and COO roles at several organizations, including Academic Programs International and Texas Disposal Systems. At Spiradrill, he brings expertise in finance, risk management, and strategic leadership.
Mohan is a seasoned executive with over 35 years of experience in global business leadership, including roles at Dell, Apple, and as CEO of Lineage Power India. He brings Spiradrill expertise in strategy, P&L management, and corporate growth, with a background in engineering and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.
Steve is a serial entrepreneur and CEO of Mascot Media, Inc., with a strong track record in growing technology companies through startup, turnaround, and acquisition. He brings Spiradrill deep experience in finance, technology, and leadership, having served on the Federal Reserve Bank Board and advised numerous tech ventures.
